i dont know about any free whitening tips, but if your willing to spend a little money i recommend Crest Whitening Strips. they worked wonders on me.
You could try using those crest white strips, and when you drink tea or coffee..make sure to brush your teeth right after, or they could leave icky stains.
Crest White Strips or Colgate Whitening Gel… they both work great! And whitening toothpaste.. If you use both together, it will work faster.
The old one they had and their teeth are remarkably much whiter so perhaps fast electric toothbrush or try whitening.

A really good and cheap way to whiten your teeth is to brush with baking soda. Its really salty. but works well.
