I have somwhat white teeth already but, i’m looking for some better results. Besides brushing my teeth everyday, which i already do, what are some fast free whitening tips?
i have braces and will hopefully get them of in the fall. is there any whitening tips you can give me? i have slightly yellow teeth:( please help
I like using healthy and natural alternatives and have yet to find what for whitening teeth. Any tips or knowledge you can share?

Basically, I’m looking for a pure white, gorgeous smile. My teeth have faded from white after a little while of negligence and i’m lookin’ to remove their stains. I have this toothpaste called, “Beverly Hills Formula,” but i’m not sure how long it will take to restore my teeth to white… if even.
I’ve heard of home remedies involving lemons and backing soda. I have lemons in my kitchen, but no baking soda. Could I incorporate that into my brushing in any way? Also, if any answers could specify time it would take to get white, that’d be good.
