My teeth are experiencing what I do?

I'm 16 (almost 17) and healthy for most of my life, especially with. brushing my teeth. While I do not like the small and toothpaste. brushed only when told by my parents. (Which is infrequent). I have an appointment with a dentist. 1-2 times per year and surprised me with a box. Second time in my life. I also know my gums and teeth healthy and do not want more. brushing. month ago that we have a habit of air. brushing 1-2 times a day, usually at night and morning and floss after every food. I know that I can not do anything about the past, but I am curious as to whether I will or have long-term effects from my previous actions.
